Ambassador Bernard Leclerc Republic of Vanuatu, is a Pacific island country located in the South Pacific Ocean.

The archipelago of 80 islands, which is of volcanic origin, with a total area of 12,189 km2 and shaped as an Y tilted to the left. Some 900 km separate the Torres Islands, in the north, from Anatom, in the south, is 1,750 kilometres (1,090 mi) east of northern Australia, 540 kilometres (340 mi) northeast of New Caledonia, east of New Guinea, southeast of the Solomon Islands, and west of Fiji.

The Economy of the Republic of Vanuatu, Based on Tourism, Green Wave, Finance Off-Shore

Ambassador Bernard Leclerc Tourism, despite the world-wide economic recession, represents a fast-growing sector, with a milestone of 100,000 visitors having been achieved in 2009. Most of them come from Australia, New Caledonia and New Zealand.

The country is now well established as an attractive tourist destination and significant potential exists for rapid growth. Funds have been committed and the promotion and development of tourism continues to be actively encouraged.

S.E M. l'Ambassadeur Bernard LECLERC s'apprête à partir de nouveau en Centrafrique

Hungarian soldiers S.E M. l'Ambassadeur Bernard LECLERC s'apprête à partir de nouveau en Centrafrique début septembre. La date n'a pas été encore précisée mais le départ est imminent. Nous savons que S.E partira de VIENNE. Il y est attendu par les autorités et en particulier par Le Nouveau Président Michel DJOTODIA qui devrait lui confier de nouvelles missions d’Extrêmes Importances. S.E rencontrera également son nouvel ami et Ministre d'Etat, le Général Nourredine ADAM. S.E M. l'Ambassadeur qui est reconnu pour être un expert de la question africaine et en particulier du Centrafrique devrait faire des propositions très pragmatiques au Chef de l'Etat, lequel a une grande estime pour S.E.D'après quelques confidences S.E devrait ensuite se rendre à Washington,New York, la Haye et à Bruxelles afin de montrer la détermination du Président à faire redémarrer le pays une bonne fois pour toutes et donner son analyse personnelle et non tronquée de la situation.

Őexellenciája Bernard LECLERC Nagykövet Úr újból a Közép-Afrikai Köztársaságba készül szeptember elején. Az időpont egyelőre még nem ismert, de hamarosan kezdetet veszi az út. Úgy tudjuk, hogy Őexellenciája Bécsből fog indulni. Őexellenciáját helyi hivatalosságok és személyesen az új Elnök, Michel DJOTODIA fogja fogadni. Az Elnökkel való találkozó során új, különlegesen fontos megbízásokat fog átvenni. Őexellenciája szinten találkozik új barátjával, Nourredine ADAM Tábornokkal, aki jelenleg Államminiszter. Őexellenciáját, a Nagykövet Urat az afrikai kérdések szakértőjeként ismerik, ezen belül is a közép-afrikai ügyek ismerőjeként. Ennek alapján pragmatikus javaslatokkal fog az Államfő elé állni, ami nagy elismerést kölcsönöz Őexellenciája számára. Néhány bizalmas forrás alapján, Őexellenciája Washingtonba, New Yorkba, Hágába és Brüsszelbe fog utazni, hogy hangot adjon az Elnök elkötelezettségének, miszerint az ország jó irányba halad, illetve a helyzet hiteles elemzésével fog szolgálni.
